Please do not malign my line of thinking. I am against all kinds of reservation, whether it is for Dalits, SCs, STs, backward castes, Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Kashmiris, Marathis, Nagas, Telugus, Tamils, and so on. In fact, reservation for minorities is a deception to manipulate, and it is used to justify the wider process of enslavement.
My slogan is: Tear down the Berlin Wall of segregation, which is known as reservation.
Reservation is a real vote bank politics that every political party wants to play with.
Why will sons of poor Brahmins and Muslims have to be sacrificed in order to coronate the offspring of Mayawati, Lalu Prasad, and Ram Vilas Paswan? Why cannot children of upper caste Hindus and Muslims get elected from the reserved seats for MPs, MLAs, and other legislative positions? Brother Shanker, the leadership of Muslims should have aligned with upper caste Hindus and opposed the reservation system, making it an issue of national integration and unity. But, unfortunately, the leaders of the minority have been sleeping at the switch and they get excited usually with emotional issues. In the same spirit, the movers and shakers of the upper caste Hindus never dwell on the possibility of forging an alliance with the Muslims. In fact, upper caste Hindus ignored Muslims as untouchables. As Mayawati created a new axis of Dalits and upper castes to catapult her into power, upper caste Hindus and Muslims should get together and develop their own strategies for the modern forward looking India.
