Hi I think you are correct to some extent but it will be over simplified and over generalised statement to say," Pradhans are the people who will not let you live in the villafe if you complain to police and oppose them for corruption. Though I agree with the rampant corruption but generalising Pradhans like this will not be a correction position for all India Rama Kant Rai
