Dear Mr. Moon Khan, This is really not expected of a learned person! The debate on the issue of reservation requires some knowledge of the history of the reservations. I do not have any "reservations" as far as the progress of the muslims and the hindus is concerned, but at the same time there has to be the progress of the depressed classes as well, on par with them. When you say that muslims and upper caste Hindus should align and suppress the already suppressed /depressed classes of India, I feel it is not at an healthy thinking and not expected of a learned person. At one hand you say that the upper caste hindus have ignored the muslims ( I can understand your feelings) and on the other hand you are planning to ignore the already depressed classes of this nation. Please donot expect any attention from the upper caste hindus when they have an habit of ignoring and suppressing their own people in the name of caste!. Remember this nation does not belong only to the muslims and the so called upper castes!!. More than 75% of population of India is of the depressed classes. Reservations can not be stopped to the deppressed classes as long as there exists the caste system and there exists the suppression of one section of the society by another. Hence those who oppose the reservations they should align with each other first, if they can, and unitedly work to oust this evil caste system from India ( which only can be dreamt), then only your wish would be fulfilled. I would have been very happy if you had said that let's unite, upper caste hindus and muslims, and fight against the caste system and wipe out this "social cancer"of this country and live happily together in a casteless and reservationless society.
