Re: India's Railways: Bihar-Based & Bihar Biased

Can you please justify your statement?

As far as i know, the railway is a central govt owned organisation (it is not privately managed like software companies in West Bengal who recruit mostly Bengalis and similar case with Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.) and all the recruitments are open to all Indian candidates...

The examinations happens across India and evaluation process is computerised not MANUAL where one can favour someone...

In this case, what makes you think that Indian Railway is Bihar Based and Bihar Biased?

Please justify - as a good Indian citizen.
