Thanks. I did not means to indicate to any particular person sitting in USA this was for myself.
I was working in ITRC Lucknow since 1976 and became Scientis B in open selection after doing Ph.D.and I was Scientist C in ITRC Lucknow in 1994. I came USA in 1992 November and back India in 1994 October. I came USA because these so called high caste people were saying that you are scientist due to SC. After two years stay when I went back then I told them that I do have reserve post in Johns Hopkins USA. I acme back USA in 1998 and since then I am here.For Jobs, My brothers are doing small businesses instead of cleaning streets as sweeper. They are doing well and I supported them. Now my time to support other people of our community. In private sector, if we are brilliant, we will get reward. Thanks.
