So, in this 'birth' you discriminate and mistreat Brahmans, so that in the next birth you will again become a Brahman, not a SC/ST or dog, cat. Also tell everybody to discriminate and mistreat Brahmans, after hundred years there will be only Brahmans. Then, you can get a 'Brahman' nation - one culture, one religion, one nation.If you want a more 'purified' and 'strong' nation - then discriminate and mistreat Brahmans of high order like 'Chaturvedyi' not 'low order' Brahmans like 'Halua' (Brahmans doing ploughing are considered of being lowest order).
