Dear Prof.Kalluri S.Rao, That's a fantastic idea. Unless otherwise our masses become aware and convinced about such concepts you have put forth, it is difficult for your idea to materialise. The masses first must be educated. The educated masses in our country, unfortunately, are passive and don't participate in political thought, process and activism. When educated lot are themselves passive what to talk about uneducated?! It is a positive sign from educated people like you pointing towards change.
