Dear Sai Couple of days back i was in Kandhamal with Dhanada Mishra to review our programme with UNICEF on Learning classes in riot affected areas . Really in Kandhamal we have a progressive Collector Dr Krishan Kumar along with his team and Mr Madhu Sudan Padhi IAS ,Spl Adminstrator Kandhamal .At this juncture we have to support the Adminstration in Kandhamal for restoration of Peace in Kandhamal.
