I dont understand, what is this discourse about? are you all saying that the TATA leaving the Singur is a victory........................ I am so sad that people like you can be so dumb cant you all just see that WB lost the opportunity to have more employment. Not only that, this loss is huge in terms of the policy development and evolution of the discourse on the land rights, and compensatory bargsin rights to the land owners.
