Who are you to decide that Dalits should write "Harijan" or Tribals should write "Girijan". If you are so concerned, why not you add Harijan or Girijan before and after the name of your family members including females.
You do not have basic knowledge about history. It is not Ganghi coined word "Harijan" rather Narshi Mehta, a Gujarati poet used the word Harijan in his peoms.
This is my sincere advice to every one who are more concern about the use of word Harijan should avoid to indulge in such non-sense discussion.
