Who is asking you to be proud of Bihar?

One is proud of what he has, not what others have!

Indeed your message shows your innate mentality towards Bihar at a
time of crisis! I dont find this very different from that of the Patna
born CM of west bengal who slithered out of a solemn promise of let
the IIT come up at Sindri when DVC HQ was permitted at Calcutta even
though Calcutta was outside the Damodar Valley. His diabolical policy
made Sindri loose the first IIT of India.

Good luck to you and your story of 'bad' experience in Bihar!
