I received your mail but I am late. I am very much interested to help the Govt. of India, Bihar, Orissa, etc. for preventing flood. I have completed my Ph. D. from IIT Roorkee onnthe topic
"Stability Analysis of Levees"
Under the supervision of Prof. G. C. Mishra, Prof. N. K. Samadhiya and Prof. C. S. P. Ojha in 2001 - 2004. I have published paper in ASCE Journal and a large no. of papers in National and International Conferences on the above subject. You will surprise that the term levee is not known by highly educated civil engg. people also. This term (Levee) is the correct name of flood control embankment.
I have very good Knowledge on this topic and I am interested to help the Govt. and people as a committee member in policy decision for construction, maintenace, safety, stability of levee.
I am head, Civil Engg., NIT Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and belongs to Danapur, Patna, Bihar. I have good relation with Hon'ble Chief Minister, Bihar (Nitish Kumar) and his PS Sri R. C. P. Singh
Can you help me? Can you arrange technical discussion on TV OR News Paper publication?
