I have gone through your arguments regarding Flood Control and Mgt. in Bihar. and some where down the line I agree with Dr. V.N. Sharma's mail as criticizing and providing a solution are two different things. May be according to you Medha Patekar is not the right person to work on this platform..than provide us the planned project will all the minute details to move forward in this regard..may be your contribution can make a difference. I am pasting Dr. V.N.Sharma's mail as well along with it, that explains even my concerns in this context, he has asked very beautifully, a basic platform where u can draw a project.

who should be invited (by name),
who should not be invited (by name),
what should be the Agenda,
What role you will play,
Who should call the Meeting,
Where should it be held,
Who should host this Meeting,
Who should finance the meeting,
who should finance the project,
Whether NGOs or Social Activists have a role and what are there names, if you have one so that the proper ones certified by you as good people should be called.
Pl. let us know about your experience of Flood Mgt.
 Pl. do not get into a hurry because it is a serious matter.
