The truth stinks, one gets thw award through thr grouping of the
forums, their chamchas have to be kept happy as long as possible
hence the monthly cash goes to these who manage to promote those who
get these AWARDS.

The ones being awarded have more than enough funds to live 100
generations here after, so its a question of prestige and power
which is given along with the award and nothing more.

They pay a healthy amount, which is peanuts from the general income
they get from various businesses of theirs.
