The great mission could be possible due to scientfic steps taken by the Chief Minister Mr.Manik Sarkar and its Left front Government in Tripura. The govt has allocated a sizeble amount of its state budget towards education as constitutional mandate.
Other state governments should follow this.

a very inspiring article, thank you. i would like to add that the women responsible for this success are part of the all india democratic womens association (AIDWA) and that the state Left Front govt. has given such programmes - and NREGA - tremendous priority and support
