Why generalize so much ? "So much is drawn by others many times than me" is leading us nowhere
Will you please let us know the actual salary drawn by various levels of staff of Oil PSUs ? Or at least yours ?
This will help us discuss figuratively than talk vaguely on 'multiples' .

In comparison, a state owned textile mill is also a quasi government enterprise. The shift production in charge, the least in the staff category, draws a salary of around Rs 10,000.00 after confirmed appointment. His qualification is also B Tech. His job is also without time limits and the pollution inside a mill is horrendous.
What you all want to say is this. Oil companies are earning huge profits. let us also share.
