Does it mean that we keep encouraging slums /road side shops by abandoning the town planning ? Did some one visited Chandigarah/Mohali. BBSR and Chandigarah were planned at same time..
Then why would the people respect or wait for BDA approval to construct their house.
However, because of bread and butter issues are involved, before eviction drive, Govt. is obliged to offer an alternate plan to the affected people before the eviction.
People are poor because of politicians/lack of education because of social background , who wish to reduce the burden of 'notes' of this country by exporting them to 'Swiss bank'.
Education is the answer; not pity.
