Sirs, Pakistan could have become to India what Canada is to US but it decided instead to become a nuclear armed Cuba. The reason it would appear to be its fundamental insecurity. Also its acute awareness of the innate love of the Muslim Ummah to receive direct orders from Allah. In other words its propensity for indiscipline and to break the law. So it needed a permanent enemy and India fulfilled that role. It is now decided that the path it chose was wrong and the way forward would have been better relations with India based on mutual trade and commerce but unfortunately t has gone a bit too far in the wrong direction and it will take some time before it can successfully retract. It has already started to put right the distortion that it has created in the history books by filling them with hatred for Indian but particularly for the Hindus as untrustworthy and treacherous and so on.
