Mr. Kulkarni has raised his biased opinion with communal angle.After sachhar report this issue is irrelevent, we know the truth that appeasment was done by state for those who are belonging to mejority religion. We should not overlook the fact. Secular State has nothing to do with any religion but it is duty bound to bring those who are left behind the development after sixty years of our Independent. It is necessary to provide them justice for win over their confidence and keep India intect. Sorry to say that the issue raised by Prof. Kulkarni is absurd and harmful for National integration. I can say at this juncture that India needs Common School System for making equity in education. I surprised that the intelectuals like Prof. Kulkarni never raising their voices against privatization and comercialization of education which is depriving to millions of children from quality education and making education as commodity.I am in full support for the decision taken by HRD.regards,Ambarish Rai, PresidentLok Sangharsh Morcha &Convener, People's Campaign for Common School System (PCCSS)
