Dear Prof Kulluri,   I would like to invite you to visit a Madrasa in my village Kishandaspur  in the district of Bhagalpur to learn about its contributions to the education of children in the village. We still have the tradition of donating grain for Madrassas.   All children have equal rights to have the share from public allocations. UPA government has rightly ensured proportionate allocation for Muslims who have a right in the budgetary allocations. Jamaet-e-Ulama-e-Hind, body of leaders from Madrassas supported the independance movement. Please read some historical contributions. Muslims pay taxes and therefore they have a right to get the due share for the institution created under the due constituional provisions.   Supporting Madrassas with all that is needed have been overdue.
