I agree with you.. but please tell me, how many positive things are
identified by our so called seculars.. since you have said romila
thapar as secular, i would not like to be called secular in that
meaning.. its well known that romila thapar is hard core marxists who
portrays herself as secular..

I am a hindu, and a nationalist.. i am not secular in the current
context and meaning.. all hindus are by nature secular.. that's why
you and me are able to accept all forms of diversity..

We need to build on our strenghts.. but tell me how we can do that,
when the seculars in india always dig out the dirt ignoring the
strengths..

To cite one example, much of india thrives on the uncompromised
sacrifices of crores of mother..

Should we take it as a subjugation of women, or a great services &
sacrifices rendered by women folk?

Also, let's take the example of numerous women getting higher
education and able to go to high paid jobs like IT.. arent they
progressed because of their fathers, who paid them till they finished
the college education..

We need to overcome the negatives by the weight of the positives..
not just by digging through negatives more and more.. we would end up
in a pile of negatives only and a negative mindset..
