A TIME TO CELEBRATE HUMANITY !

We are in the midst of the  Season of Festivals !                         

 As we conclude

 forty days of  prayer and fasting  during the  Holy month of

Ramzan,

we greet each other

"EID-MUBARAK"

in the universal  embrace of love and brotherhood. 

As we enter

nine-nights of song and dance,

the holiest Novena for many, 

we greet each other

 "HAPPY NAVRATRI"

and on its conclusion  

"DUSSEHRA MUBARAK"

 burning the effigy of all that symbolizes

evil, violence, hatred and prejudice.

As we observe

Brotherhood day on October 4th,

the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi,

 the Patron of Environment,

we pray that each one of us may truly be

the Lord's Channel of Peace in this world.

As we celebrate

the International Day of Non-violence

on October 2nd,

the Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi

 let us PLEDGE once again

to make our world

one of Truth, Justice, Non-violence and Peace.

Let's celebrate together

By putting an end to  

violence, hatred,  prejudice,  sectarianism,  injustice and untruth

 that has darkened our lives....

Let us celebrate Humanity !
