It is really a waste of time to indulge in such shadow boxing.
The Orissa government has decided to enforce the law or religious conversions which mandates compulsory notification to authorities in cases of conversions. Such a strict enforcement will curb this menace and the attendant problems.
You have to talk to the kondh tribals, whose land and rights are being systematically stolen by the pana leading to despair and impoverishment of the tribals.
Orissa to change religious freedom law

The Orissa government said on Monday that religious conversion was one of the factors behind the unrest in tribal-dominated Kandhamal district and promised to change the state's law relating to religious freedom.
"Religious conversion is certainly an issue in Kandhamal. We will deeply study the Orissa Freedom of Religion Act and make changes where required," state Home Secretary T K Mishra said after a review meeting in Bhubhaneshwar.
